Karaoke bar Cocoloco is a public entertainment venue where all visitors are welcome and must comply with our rules of conduct.
These rules of conduct are mandatory for all visitors and are necessary to ensure the well-being and safety of our visitors. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt you from the obligation to comply with them.
We reserve the right to use our subjective judgement in deciding whether or not to admit persons to the bar. The decision not to admit to the bar by an authorised member of staff is final. The member of staff concerned is not obliged to give reasons for his decision.
Karaoke bar Cocoloco is not responsible for the personal belongings of guests (including outerwear, valuables, cash, etc.).
Visitors are prohibited from:
1.1 entering the bar with any weapon or other object (including ammunition, explosives, knife, club) that may endanger the life or health of visitors or staff;
1.2 entering the bar with anyone under the age of 18;
1.3 entering the bar with their own beverage (both non-alcoholic and alcoholic);
1.4 entering the bar with possession, use, brokerage or sale of narcotic drugs or other psychotropic substances or their precursors. Violators of this point will be handed over to the police.
1..5 enter the bar with animals;
1.6 enter the bar in work or sports clothing, or in dirty or otherwise inappropriate clothing;
1.7 break bar fixtures and fittings;
1.8 leave with drinking glasses belonging to the bar;
1.9 smoke indoors;
1.10 staying in the corridor just standing and daydreaming;
1.11 entering under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other psychotropic substances;
1.12 behaving aggressively, disturbing or harassing other patrons and bar staff.
2. Ticket
2.1 To gain entry after 22:00 on a weekend, a ticket must be purchased from the ticket office, an invitation must be presented, or a free pass must be obtained.
2.2 The ticket will entitle the visitor to a date stamp at the ticket office, which will be valid for multiple entry.
The stamp will expire if it becomes invalid.
2..3 The ticket is non-refundable.
2.4 The ticket price is fixed at the ticket office.
2.5 Ticket sales will be closed 30 minutes before the bar closes.
3. Bar staff have the right to:
3.1 check compliance with the rules and, in the event of non-compliance, refuse to serve or ask the guest to leave;
3.2 impose a temporary or permanent ban on any guest who repeatedly or seriously violates the bar rules;
3.3 check the age of guests by asking them to present an identification document such as a passport, ID card or driving licence;
3.4 in the event of damage (including breaking, smearing or loss) or theft of bar fixtures and fittings, to demand compensation for the damage caused, in accordance with the price list and/or the cost price laid down for this purpose;
3. 3.5 carry out a security check, during which all visitors entering and leaving the bar are required to produce their personal belongings;
3.6 confiscate personal alcohol brought into the bar;
3.7 confiscate drugs and other psychotropic substances brought into the bar and hand them over to a representative of the local police authority.
These Internal Rules of Procedure have been approved by the Board of Directors on 10.03.2011.
